Terms and Conditions

1. Payment & Fees

  • All fees for services are due as outlined in your individual training agreement or invoice.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of the first scheduled session, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Initial in-person assessments require a $50 fee.

  • Discounts and promotions (e.g., military discounts) must be discussed prior to payment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of that session credit.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality, effective training services and stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your training experience, we offer a money-back guarantee on individual sessions and packages, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session or start of the training program.

  • Refunds apply only to unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • For board and train programs, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on time completed and circumstances.

Our goal is to ensure both you and your dog benefit from a positive, rewarding experience. If you have concerns at any time, please contact us promptly so we can address them.

4. Behavior & Safety

  • Owners must disclose any known behavioral issues, including aggression, fear, or health concerns, prior to training.

  • For the safety of all parties, dogs must be current on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.

  • The company reserves the right to discontinue training if a dog exhibits behavior that poses a danger to the trainer, owner, or others.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Training success relies on consistency and owner participation. Clients are expected to follow through with training exercises between sessions.

  • Dogs must be leashed or under control at all times during in-person sessions.

  • Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and actions at all times, including during and after training.

6. Liability Waiver

  • The client acknowledges that dog training involves risks and agrees to hold the company, its trainers, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries to persons or property.

  • The client is solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by their dog during or outside of training sessions.

7. Media Release

  • By participating in training, clients grant permission for the use of photos or videos of their dog for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

8. Program Fit & Assessment

  • An initial assessment is required to evaluate the dog’s needs and ensure the program is a good fit for both dog and owner.

  • A free 15-minute phone consultation is available to discuss services with no obligation to proceed.
